Vector art makes us fast. Raster art makes us slow. Here's what to send.

Send us the right file and we're on press the same day. Send us the wrong file and we're redrawing your logo for an hour first. The print looks the same — but you wait a day longer.

What we want. Vector files. .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .eps, vector .pdf, or .svg. Vector means the lines are math, not pixels — they scale infinitely without getting blurry. Logos from a designer or an agency are usually vector by default.

What works but slows us down. High-resolution raster files. .png with transparency at 300+ dpi at the actual print size. .psd with layers. We can usually convert these into a printable file but it takes time and quality varies.

What doesn't work. .jpg pulled off a website (low res, JPEG compression, no transparency). Screenshots. Photos of a logo printed on a business card. We'll redraw these from scratch, which is its own line item — usually $40-75.

What if you don't have the file. Bring the closest thing you have. Bring a business card, a hat, an old shirt with the logo on it, a sketch on a napkin. We've worked with all of it. We'll redraw it as a vector and send you a proof to approve before we print. Then you own the vector forever — bring it back next time and skip the redraw.

Color. Tell us if you want PMS-matched specific colors. We can match Pantones for an extra fee. For most jobs, our standard ink colors are close enough that you won't notice the difference.

Email it ahead or bring it on a USB. Either works. The custom printing counter has the email address pinned up.
