$332.3M of NYCHA renovation work runs through fall 2026 a few blocks east of our front door. Here's what we stock for the crews on it.

$332.3M of PACT financing closed in June 2024 on West Brighton I & II — sixteen NYCHA buildings, 574 units, comprehensive rehab on roofs, facades, kitchens, baths, and mechanical. BFC Partners, CB Emmanuel, Catholic Homes, and Pinnacle City Living are running it through fall 2026. That means roofers, masons, plumbers, HVAC, painters, and abatement crews on those blocks every workday for the next year and a half.

We're five to ten minutes east on Forest Avenue or Castleton. If you're framing on a kitchen tear-out at 9 AM, we can have replacement gloves, a pair of boots, and a six-pack of t-shirts at your foreman's truck before lunch. If you're staging for a 7 AM start, drop the order before 4 PM and we'll have it at the trailer first thing.

The PACT work has a specific gear profile. NYCHA-spec abatement means Tyvek, half-mask cartridges, and nitrile under cut gloves. Roof crews on the 16-building rehab need Thorogood or Red Wing wedges that don't tear up the membrane, plus a hi-vis class 2 minimum any time you're working off the parapet. Electrical and HVAC subs running new mechanical pull FR — Carhartt FR henleys and FR coveralls when you're cutting into live circuits in those mechanical rooms.

We stock the brands the union guys ask for by name. Thorogood American-made 6-inch moc-toes for the electricians who don't want anything Chinese on their feet. Red Wing 2406s for the plumbers who'll wear the same boot for two years. Carhartt double-front dungarees for everyone — and the FR variants for the crews working hot. Timberland Pro 6-inch direct-attach for the laborers who go through a pair every nine months on rough decking and torn-up subfloor.

Forest Avenue is the spine of this neighborhood and you'll be on it. Park along the strip, walk in, ask for what you need. Or call us — we know the buildings, we know the foremen, we know which super wants the dumpster on which side. Net-30 fleet accounts kick in at five-plus items per order, which most West Brighton GCs hit on day one.

Custom printing is in-house. If you're spinning up a sub on the PACT job and you need ten hi-vis tees with the company name across the back by Friday, we screen-print or vinyl them ourselves with no minimums. Embroidery on softshells and beanies for the foremen and the supers. Same building, no shipping, no third-party turnaround.
