That means roofers, masons, plumbers, HVAC, painters, and abatement crews on those blocks every workday for the next year and a half.

The PACT work has a specific gear profile. NYCHA-spec abatement means Tyvek, half-mask cartridges, and nitrile under cut gloves. Roof crews on the 16-building rehab need Thorogood or Red Wing wedges that don't tear up the membrane, plus a hi-vis class 2 minimum any time you're working off the parapet. Electrical and HVAC subs running new mechanical pull FR — Carhartt FR henleys and FR coveralls when you're cutting into live circuits in those mechanical rooms.
