Most jobs are out the door in 3 to 7 business days. Here's what actually drives the timeline.

Honest answer first. Most custom shirt jobs we run leave the shop in 3 to 7 business days. That includes single shirts and crews of 50. The variance comes down to four things: artwork, garment availability, quantity, and queue.

Artwork. If you bring us print-ready vector art (.ai, .eps, vector .pdf), we can be on press the same day or next morning. If you bring us a .jpg pulled off your phone, we'll redraw it — that's an extra day, sometimes two. Sketches and napkin art are fine — we've worked with both — but we'll come back with a proof for you to approve before we print.

Garment availability. We stock blanks in the shop for the common stuff — black, navy, charcoal, white tees and hoodies in standard sizes. If you want a specific Carhartt jacket or a hi-vis tee that we don't have on hand, we'll order it, which is usually 2-3 business days from our distributor.

Quantity. Single shirt? Same day or next. Ten shirts? 3-5 business days. Fifty shirts? 5-7 business days. Two hundred? Quote it; usually 7-10.

Queue. We're a brick-and-mortar shop running real machines, not a print farm. If three jobs landed before yours, yours waits its turn. If you walked in on a quiet Tuesday, you might get same-week.

Rush jobs. We do them. There's a rush fee that depends on what we're bumping. Tell us the date you need it by — if we can hit it, we will. If we can't, we'll say so before you pay.

Stop in or call. Get your job in our custom printing queue and we'll give you a real date, not a marketing date.
