Townhouse rows, postwar bungalows, mini-mansions on the wooded parcels. New mixed-use creeping into Amboy and Annadale Road. We stock for it.

Annadale doesn't get talked about much. It should. Single-family homes ranging from postwar bungalows to late-20th-century townhouse rows to newer mini-mansions on the remaining wooded parcels. Blue Heron Park Wildlife Preserve takes up much of the west side. The Annadale SIR station — original 1860, rebuilt 1939, rehabbed in the 90s — anchors the corner.

The Amboy Road / Annadale Road junction has been getting newer mixed-use structures rising — small commercial buildings trying to do better than the typical strip-mall vinyl-and-stucco. That work pulls finish trades, masonry, electrical, plumbing through the corner.

We're 30 to 35 minutes south via NY-440 → Annadale Road, or the SI Expressway → Hylan. Inside the standard delivery zone — order by 4 PM, drop at the trailer by 7 AM.

Townhouse remodel work has a specific gear profile. Smaller crews, tighter floor plates, lots of demo through shared walls. Cut gloves rated A4 minimum, dust masks by the box, the Bosch and Makita oscillating tools that the demo guys go through. We keep the consumables — blades, sanding pads, paint masks — in volume because the townhouse remodel rotation is constant.

New townhouse and mini-mansion infill on the wooded parcels pulls a different list. Framing crews want the Carhartt double-knee dungarees, the Wolverine and Timberland Pro 6-inch direct-attach boots, the cut gloves and the impact gloves on hand all day. Concrete on the foundation work wants the rubber knee bibs, the rubber boots, the Carhartt OJ when the December pours come around.

Annadale residential contractors tend to run smaller — three to eight guys, doing one or two houses at a time. The fleet account opens at five-plus items, which on a single uniform order for the crew is a Tuesday. Net-30, volume pricing, weekly delivery on the consumables.

Custom printing in-house. Polo shirts and softshells with the company name embroidered on the chest pocket — what most homeowner-facing remodelers ask for. We do it in three days, no minimums.

Annadale's not loud. The work isn't either. We deliver.
